Jessica Ryan Jordan’s online program includes the following:
1) Personalized nutritional plan and personalized workouts with splits
2) Weekly email check-ins with me inlcuding bi-weekly or monthly progress photos
3) Following your weekly check-in with Jessica herself, necessary adjustments will be made to your program.
4) You will recieve a structured cardio program
5) Recommended supplementation will be included
