1) Get crackin on some healthy changes to your diet:
a: Spread your meals evenly throughout the day. Roughly 3-4 hours between each meal
b: Have carbs with the 1st 3 meals and then swap them out with veggies
c: Have protein with each meal
d: Have fats (almonds, avocado, peanut butter, ect) with 2-3 meals. Preferably the meals without carbs.
Ladies- 8-10g per meal, Guys- 16-20g
e: Drink lots of water! Sometimes when you think you are hungry you are actually just thirsty!
